Welcome! Established in March 2008, Keller Saddle
Club is the only non profit (501c3 status pending) equestrian organization
in Keller, Texas. We are a family oriented club promoting Horsemanship, Sportsmanship and Citizenship. Members
and non-members will be able to compete in a series of Youth Rodeo Playdays held throughout the year at Keller Arena, located
at Golden Triangle Blvd and Sports Parkway, Keller, Texas. We welcome riders of ALL skill levels and all ages
to ride for fun or competition! Keller
Saddle Club is a proud member of the American Association of Sheriff Posses and Riding Clubs
(Keller Saddle Club is in District 24). Qualifying members from each age group may advance to Playday Finals,
held in Bowie, Texas (rider must also be a member of AASP&RC to compete in AASP&RC events). What is a Rodeo Playday? A combination of horse and rider
timed events: Pole Bending, Cloverleaf Barrels, Straight-away Barrels, Flying W, Pylon, Spur, Flag, Baseball and Bow
Tie. Riders competing for points for end of series grand prizes
must be Keller Saddle Club members (through age 18). Each Rider must compete in his/her age class to accumulate
points. Points are awarded on the basis of the rider's finish/place in each event throughout the season. ****The Grand Champion in each YOUTH age group will win a Beautiful Handcrafted
Barrel Saddle!**** (pictures of one of the saddles is on the "2008 Winners"
page -- take a look!!). Ribbons will also be awarded at each playday for all riders who place first through sixth in each
event; high-point prizes will also be awarded to youth winners at each playday (members and non-members). **EQUINE ONLY NO animals besides the riders' horses will be allowed inside the arena or horse staging area during playdays and practices. Pets on leashes are welcome in the spectator area. **NO STALLIONS ALLOWED at Playday events or practices. *******Please

PRACTICE, CLUB MEMBERS ONLY: Keller Saddle Club has reserved Keller Arena every FRIDAY from 6:00pm-10:00pm.
Barrels and poles at most practices. If representatives of KSC have not set up an organized practice on any given Friday
evening, open riding is available at the arena for KSC members. There is no fee to practice.
